Zurich Seminar

We will be holding our annual seminar in Zurich on 4 February 2020. This one day event will cover:

• When the going gets tough: a closer look at companies in financial difficulties and pitfalls for lenders
• Legal hot topics
• Update on LIBOR and the move to risk-free rates
• Economic and market outlook
• Interview with a borrower
• Syndicated lending: Trends in the Swiss and European loan markets

Sessions will be delivered by senior professionals from major banks and law firms active in the Swiss/wider European syndicated loan market. All sessions will be presented in English.
