Madrid Early Evening Seminar

We are holding an evening seminar in Madrid on 13 September 2017 covering topical issues impacting the loan market. In particular the seminar will cover:

• the European Commission's investigation into the syndication processes in several European jurisdictions: how will this impact the loan market and what are the competition implications?
• Brexit: the legal impact and implications for English law governing documents.

The seminar will be presented in Spanish. Speaking will be senior partners from Garrigues.

Registration and refreshments will open at 17.15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 18.00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 19.00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
