Johannesburg Early Evening Seminar

Entitled "Restructurings and the Intercreditor Jungle", this seminar will provide a current analysis by a panel of specialists of restructurings in South Africa, of the practical and legal pitfalls, including the increased pressure on the finance documentation, in particular the need for well-drafted intercreditor agreements to properly regulate creditors' interests between themselves. The panel will also look at means of resolving intercreditor conflicts and factors influencing the development of intercreditor arrangements
