APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

The second LMA/APL seminar of 2017 for junior REF professionals, focusing on the topic of “Real Estate Due Diligence & Security”.

It will take place on 10 May 2017, 17:00 – 19:00 at CMS, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF and will cover the following:

Real Estate Due Diligence

• potential approaches to due diligence;
• the importance of due diligence in a real estate financing context; and
• a summary of those areas which should be covered.

Security

• types of security;
• enforcement of security; and
• avoiding surprises.

Speakers will be Adrian Wright and Simon Johnston, both of CMS London.

Registration will start at 5.00pm, with the seminar to commence promptly at 5.30pm. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception. This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 3 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
