Delegated Regulation amending SFDR RTS comes into force
17 February 2023On 17 February 2023, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/363 (the Delegated Regulation), which amends and corrects certain regulatory technical standards (RTS) in relation to the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The Delegated Regulation has, amongst other things, incorporated nuclear and gas disclosures into the SFDR RTS.
The Delegated Regulation came into force on 20 February 2023.
