UK Financial Conduct Authority publishes new ESG Sourcebook containing rules and guidance as set out in Policy Statement 21/24

In February 2022, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published its 'ESG Sourcebook' which sets out new rules for climate-related disclosures by asset managers, life insurers and FCA-regulated pension providers in one place.

The ESG Sourcebook forms a new section of the FCA Handbook and follows the publication by the FCA, in December 2021, of Policy Statement 21/24, more on which can be read here.
