UK Financial Conduct Authority publishes 36th edition of the Primary Market Bulletin, including introduction to TCFD-aligned, climate-related disclosure requirements for listed companies

On 15 November 2021, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a special edition (36^th edition) of the Primary Market Bulletin (PMB 36), in which it introduced specific Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) aligned climate-related disclosure requirements for listed companies and set out its disclosure expectations and supervisory strategy.

PMB 36 includes a consultation on a draft technical note which is intended to provide further guidance on FCA disclosure expectations (Primary Market TN/802.1).
