Chancery Lane Project publishes new editions of Climate Contract Playbook and glossary

The Chancery Lane Project has published the third edition of its Climate Contract Playbook (the Playbook) along with the second edition of its glossary of key climate definitions (the Glossary).

The third edition of the Playbook contains 21 additional clauses and has been re-ordered to group clauses from all editions by subject matter, helping users find clauses relevant to their practice area or sector more easily. The Glossary has been updated with an additional 23 definitions, each of which give a number of drafting options to ensure they can be easily adapted for a variety of agreements and laws, and also suggest contracts or situations in which they may be used.
