The Chancery Lane Project publishes second edition of Climate Contract Playbook and Glossary of key climate terms
01 July 2020The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) has published the second edition of its 'Climate Contract Playbook' together with a glossary of commonly used climate-related definitions (the Glossary).
The second edition of the 'Climate Contract Playbook' contains 13 new contractual clauses that can be added to a variety of contracts to take account of climate risks.
The Glossary contains a range of key climate-related definitions and forms part of TCLP's menu of tools for lawyers and policymakers to consider when advising clients or creating new policies. The definitions are largely based on the laws of England and Wales, but the Glossary does indicate where some definitions may be amended for other jurisdictions.
