EU Commission consults on delegated acts relating to EU Action Plan on Sustainable Finance
10 June 2020The EU Commission has published for consultation a number of delegated acts relating to the EU's Action Plan on Sustainable Finance. The draft delegated acts include provisions which seek to clarify the duties of financial institutions to provide their clients with clear advice on the social and environmental risks and opportunities attached to their investments.
The consultations cover mutual funds, investment funds, insurance firms and brokers, (re)insurance companies, investment firms and alternative investment funds (AIFs).
The consultation closes on 6 July 2020.
