ELFA publishes draft ESG Fact Sheet for disclosure by leveraged finance borrowers

The European Leveraged Finance Association (ELFA) has published a draft ESG Fact Sheet which is designed to support borrowers in preparing environmental, social and governance (ESG) disclosure and to facilitate engagement between investors and the companies to which they lend.

This document has been drafted for use during a four-week period of public consultation, with an aim to develop the resource in light of the feedback provided as part of this process. Comments submitted will be used by ELFA, the LMA and the UN PRI to co-produce further enhanced and refined guidance and resources, including sector-specific guidance.
