Secondary Training

We will be holding our Secondary Training again on Thursday, 22 June 2023. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The training will cover the following: 

• History & development: introduction to trading and pricing 
• Hot topics in the secondary loan market: revised secondary documentation accommodating RFR transactions
• Choosing your transfer mechanic 
• Completing a trade confirmation: difference between par and distressed
