Paris Leveraged Training

We are holding a Paris Leveraged Training day on Thursday, 26 January 2023. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

It will cover the following topics: 

• Understanding the syndication process
• Leveraged finance structures
• Leverage finance transactions - commercial aspects and key negotiating points (a practical case study)
• Negotiating financial covenants in leveraged finance transactions 
• LIBOR/Euribor update and its implication for loan transactions 

The training will be presented in English.

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the following webinars before the training day:

• "Introduction to Syndicated Lending" / "Introduction to Syndicated Lending (French)"
• "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement"
• "Introduction to the LMA Leveraged Intercreditor Agreement"

Please note, the training will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinars.
