Loan Operations Conference - Secondary Loan settlement explained, 6 June 2024

As part of our annual Loan Operations Conference, we will be hosting a morning session targeted at Junior members of loan settlements teams with less than three years’ experience or teams that are not very active in the secondary market and require a refresher. 

The morning will cover a how the market has evolved over time, general overview based around the timeline of the secondary transaction, overview of the LMA terms and conditions (PAR/NEAR PAR), Transfer documents and the role of the facility agent and security agent explained.       

Registration will open at 9.15 with the session starting at 10.00. The morning session will close at 12.00. 

Morning attendees are invited to come back at the end of the day for a networking drinks reception taking place from 17.20.
