LMA/APL REF Quarterly Series for Junior REF Professionals

The third LMA/APL seminar of 2023 will focus on the topic of “The Loan Agreement” and will cover the following:

• Typical structure of the document
• Drafting assumptions 
• Typical negotiating points – focusing on representations, undertakings and events of default
• Conditions precedent – what issues should parties be aware of

Speakers will be Liz Saxton and Freya Wilson, both of Jones Day.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 16:30, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:00. It is expected to last approximately one hour and will be followed by a drinks reception. 

This event is free of charge and open to APL and LMA members only.

This event is in-person only. It will not be live-streamed nor recorded.
