Junior Loan Operations Education Series: Operational and Agency Roles

On 3 April 2023, HSBC will be hosting the third seminar in our Junior Loan Operations Education series, providing a deep dive into the different Operational and Agency Roles, including that of the security agent, within the syndicated loan market. The seminar will share an insight into the day-to-day tasks required of operations and agency professionals, the different responsibilities of the agent during the tenor of a facility and provide useful tips and tricks for dealing with difficult scenarios.

Registration will open at 08:30 with refreshments available at 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. The seminar to commence at 09:00 and will approximately last 1 hour.

This seminar is open to those with a maximum of three years' market experience.
