Institutional Investors
The LMA has launched several Working Parties aimed at better representing the interests of our Institutional Investor members and determining activities that align with the LMA’s strategic goals of promoting liquidity, efficiency, transparency, and sustainability across the loan markets. The Fox Legal Training programme is now live on LMA Academy.
In partnership with Fox Legal Training, LMA member firms receive a set allocation of training places at no additional cost, based on firm size, with access available through to June 2027. Member firms also benefit from a 15% discount on additional FLT licences beyond their allocated places.
The training focuses on the covenants and complexity inherent in TLB documentation, now ubiquitous in the broadly syndicated leveraged loan markets. The TLB document differs materially from LMA documentation in certain key areas, so we're partnering with FLT to educate and upskill our members.
If you have any questions on the course, please reach out to training@lma.eu.com.
