Live Webinar
With just over eight months to go until the deadline for USD LIBOR transition, this webinar on "Transition from IBORs in the loan market" provides an update on transition and will cover the following:
Update on transition and key messages
Keith Taylor and Kam Hessling of the LMA provide an update on LIBOR transition and broader IBOR transition. In particular, they will cover: where we are now on loan market transition; developments in other key IBOR jurisdictions; and what loan market participants need to be doing with limited time left.
An overview of the LMA exposure draft term SOFR documentation
Toby Mann of Clifford Chance will provide an introduction to the LMA's new exposure draft investment grade term SOFR documentation, and the updated exposure draft developing markets term SOFR documentation, which were published on 12 October 2022. In particular, he will cover the background to the new exposure draft as well as explaining the approach taken to fallbacks in each of the exposure drafts.
The webinar will close with a Q&A, with Keith, Kam and Toby answering questions sent in from delegates.
