Real Estate Finance Certificate Course

We will be holding our Real Estate Finance Certificate Course on 17-19 January 2023 at DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.

This in-person event runs over 3 days and is aimed primarily at lenders and investors who want to gain an in-depth understanding of the key players and considerations fundamental to commercial real estate transactions.

Payment & Cancellation

The course fee is £900 (plus VAT) which covers all tuition, lunches, refreshments and course materials. Payment is expected in advance of attendance.

Our invoices in this regard will be raised 6 weeks in advance of the course, and joining instructions will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the start of the course.

Please do advise at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend, as once we have raised your invoice, we will not be able to issue a refund. Those who cancel their attendance on/after 6 December 2022 will be eligible for the full cost of the course. After this time, a substitute delegate can be nominated prior to the start of the course.

Joining the course

Please note that by registering for this course, you will be expected to attend in person. This is not a virtual course.

You will receive detailed joining instructions before the course starts, which will include the course timings, how to travel to the venue and any additional measures that you will be expected to comply with.
