LMA Frankfurt Documentation Training

We are delighted to be returning to Frankfurt on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 to hold our annual Frankfurt Documentation Training for LMA members. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The topics of the day will include the following:

• Market update

• The LMA investment grade facility agreement: introduction and commercial aspects 

• Update on LMA documents and hot topics 

• The borrower's perspective 

• A workshop exercise

All sessions will be presented in English.

Registration and refreshments for the event will open at 08:30 and the training will start promptly at 09:00. The training will close at 16:45.
