Dublin Training

We are holding a one-day training event in Dublin on 25 April 2024.

The training will cover hot topics in the market, as well as giving delegates an insight into the LMA’s leveraged documentation and its application to cross-over credit deals.  In particular, the following will be covered:

• A market update from an Irish and European perspective
• The LMA leveraged facility agreement: commercial considerations on non-LBO deals
• ESG developments
• Post-signing and loan management
• Financial covenants
• Restructuring considerations
• Workshop exercise: Common borrower negotiation points

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The day will also include a workshop exercise run in small groups.

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement ", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).

Please note that this Training Day will focus on the non-Leveraged Buy-Out aspects of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement.

Registration will open at 08:30 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 09:00hrs. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
