Budapest Training

We are delighted to be running an afternoon training event on 12 July in Budapest. 

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

It will cover the following topics: 
 

• Market update: overview of the Hungarian syndicated loan market
• The LMA leveraged facilities agreement: commercial considerations on non-LBO deals
• Sustainable finance – driving the agenda forward
• Restructuring and enforcement in Hungary

Registration will open at 13:30 with the event starting at 14:00. The event will close at 17:30, and will be followed by a networking drinks reception which is open to all attendees.
