APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series for Junior REF Professionals

The fourth LMA/APL seminar of 2023 will focus on the topic of “Development Finance” and will cover the following: 

• Transaction structure and security;
• Methods of procurement; and
• Key provisions of LMA Development Finance Facility Agreement.

Speakers will be Nick Padget, Andrew Parsons, Jason Lawrance and Clara Hutchison of Osborne Clarke. 

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market. 

Registration will open at 16:30 hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:00 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour and will be followed by a drinks reception.
