Leveraged SSRCF / Senior Direct Lender Term Loan Intercreditor Event

We are delighted to be running a Leveraged SSRCF / Senior Direct Lender Term Loan Intercreditor Event on 6 June in Amsterdam.

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

It will cover the following topics: 

• Intercreditor issues
• Hedging issues 
• Intercreditor workshop 
• The direct lender perspective 

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on Introduction to the LMA Leveraged Intercreditor Agreement prior to the event.

Registration will open at 9.00 with the event starting at 9.30. The event will close at 16.45.
