An overview of how bank and private credit funds have worked together over the past 12 months, whether democratization of access to private markets is an irreversible trend in the US and Europe, and where sustainable finance demand is coming from.
From NAV vs. ABL to securitisation and more structured liquidity solutions, how are today's credit funds raising finance, and what are the forces driving trends on both sides of the Atlantic?
CLOs hit record issuance in 2025, but interesting trends emerged when looking at investors. Asian capital increased, and investors started to turn to Europe more than in previous years, perhaps in response to geo-political conditions. What do we expect in 2026, and are European regulators responding with welcome or warning?
With LMTs showing no signs of slowing down, documentation remaining relatively borrower-friendly, and increasing scrutiny of distress in private credit – what is 2026 likely to bring for both lenders and the sector as a whole?
Public markets are said to be characterized by liquidity, accessibility, and transparency, while private markets are said to offer higher returns in exchange for illiquidity. Panelists will discuss this paradigm, and how it might be shifting during a discussion on liquidity trends across today’s US and European corporate loan markets.
A geo-political state of the world address, in which the speaker will discuss trade wars, the global conflict environment and the political consequences of economic uncertainty and what the impact on corporate loan markets could be.
