Munich Early Evening Seminar

We are delighted to be returning to Munich on Thursday, 30 November 2023 to hold an Early Evening Seminar for LMA members.  
 

This seminar will open with a panel discussion with the Heads of Syndication, Corporate DCM and Schuldschein loans covering the recent trends and developments in the German syndicated loan and Schuldschein loan markets. This panel will provide views from those who lend to, advise and execute transactions for participants in the syndicated loan and Schuldschein loan markets.

This will be followed by a summary of the key legal issues impacting the market. This panel will include an overview of how the market has adopted the LMA draft provisions for sustainability-linked loans and will focus on the view of in-housel legal counsel on the legal developments in the German syndicated loan and Schuldschein loan markets.

Registration and refreshments will open at 16.30, with the seminar starting at 17:00. The seminar will finish at 18.00 and will be followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees. 

The sessions will take place in German.
