London Early Evening Seminar

We are holding an evening seminar on 15 November 2017 on 'Leveraged Finance Outlook for 2018'. This seminar will cover:

• Review of 2017 and outlook for 2018: will the robust conditions continue?
• What will drive deals and volumes for 2018? Will refinancings continue at the same pace? What’s the outlook for M&A?
• Where do sponsors see the most opportunities? Can multiples get any higher? Are take-privates returning again?
• What size deals can the market digest? Will bonds making a come-back against loans?
• What are the main risk factors, from monetary policy tightening to geo-politics? What, if anything, will anything upset the market?
• What is the outlook for defaults? What are the vulnerable sectors?
• Where is leverage heading? Is the use of EBITDA add-backs on the rise?
• Is senior first lien risk increasing and what role will subordinated debt play in structures?
• Can covenants get looser? What will be the most debated areas in documentation?
• What role will regulation play in the market?

Registration and refreshments will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
