Leveraged Documentation Virtual Training

We will be holding our LMA Leveraged Documentation Training virtually again this year on 24 November 2021. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The training will cover:

• Market update
• Leveraged finance structures
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• Post-signing and loan management
• Cash controls in leveraged finance transactions

Target Audience
This training event is primarily aimed at personnel within bank syndicated loan and back-office departments, institutional investors and lawyers who want to gain a greater understanding of our LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement.

Webinar instructions

The training is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinars on "Introduction to Syndicated Lending" and "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement", both available on demand on the LMA website.

The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinars.

Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive a detailed agenda (including specific release times for each session during the day and how to join) closer to the time of the training.

This training will not be on demand post event and can only be viewed live. This event is free of charge and for LMA members only
