Leveraged Documentation Training

We are holding our Leveraged Documentation Training again on Thursday, 24 November 2022. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The training will cover the following: 

• Market update
• Leveraged finance structures
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• Post-signing and loan management
• Cash controls in leveraged finance transactions
• Workshop exercise

The training is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinars on "Introduction to Syndicated Lending" and "Overview of the LMA Leveraged Facilities Agreement", both available on demand on the LMA website.
