Frankfurt Early Evening Seminar

The LMA will be holding an Early Evening Seminar in Frankfurt on 4 December at the premises of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

The seminar will cover hot legal topics impacting the German Syndicated Loan and Schuldschein Market. In particular, it will cover:

• LIBOR/EURIBOR successor rates – how does the LMA proposal work and how can we achieve alignment across all relevant products?
• Leverage Finance: status of the current market – aggressive sponsor features and areas of focus/concern for lenders.
• The main features of the LMA Schuldschein Documentation.

The event is free of charge and open to LMA Members only. Registration will open at 4.30 pm. The seminar will start at 5.00 pm, will be presented in English and will last approx 60 minutes. The seminar will close with a drinks reception to which all attendees are welcome to join.
