We are pleased to be returning to Kenya to hold our African Loan Documentation Course from Tuesday, 6 - Thursday, 8 February 2024 at Hemingways Nairobi.
This 3 day course is aimed at those working in Africa in the banking and institutional investor markets and the legal profession, looking to gain a more in-depth understanding of the LMA primary documentation. An overview of the course programme is available under the Agenda tab.
Payment & cancellation
The course fee is £800 (plus VAT) which covers all tuition, lunches, refreshments and course materials.
Our invoices in this regard will be raised 4 weeks in advance of the course, and joining instructions will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the start of the course.
Please do advise at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend, as once we have raised your invoice, we will not be able to issue a refund. Those who cancel their attendance on/after 9 January 2023 will be eligible for the full cost of the course, however a substitute delegate can be nominated prior to the start of the course.
Joining the course
Please note that by registering for this course, you will be expected to attend in person. This is not a virtual course.
You will receive detailed joining instructions approximately 2 weeks before the course starts, which will include the course timings, how to travel to the venue and any additional measures that you will be expected to comply with.
Registration will start at 9.00 with the course starting promptly at 9.30 and ending at 17.30 on Tuesday, 6 February. On day 2 it will start at 9.30 and finish at 17.30. On day 3 it will start at 9.30 and finish at 17.45.
This course is only open to members of the LMA only.
