Transition from LIBOR in the loan market – LMA Webinar Update June 2021

Transition from LIBOR in the loan market – LMA Webinar Update June 2021
Tuesday, 01 June at 12PM
ON DEMAND

The loan market is transitioning from LIBOR, key milestones are being met and the months are relentlessly passing by towards end 2021. It is now very clear that firms cannot rely on LIBOR in certain currencies being published after the end of 2021. They also cannot necessarily rely on legislation to solve the transition for them.

This live webinar, presented by Kam Mahil and Keith Taylor of the LMA, provided an update on transition since the previous webinar in January 2021. In particular, it covered the following key topics:

• Recent developments and latest timelines
• Key remaining 'loan market' transition issues
• What loan market participants need to be doing

The webinar closed with a Q&A with Kam and Keith answering questions sent in from delegates during the live transmission.
