10 Upper Bank Street, London E14 5JJ

The LMA is pleased to be holding an early evening seminar in live in-person format in London on Tuesday, 7 December 2021. The seminar will cover "Transition from LIBOR in the loan market", and will be divided into two parts:

Update on transition and key messages

Kam Hessling and Keith Taylor of the LMA will provide an update on transition since their last quarterly webinar in September 2021. In particular, they will cover where we are now on loan market transition and what loan market participants need to be doing with limited time left to year-end.

There will be an opportunity to ask Kam and Keith questions after their presentation.

An introduction to the LMA exposure draft term SOFR documentation

Clifford Chance will provide an introduction to the LMA's exposure draft term SOFR documentation for developing markets which was published on 27 October 2021. In particular, they will cover the background to, and key features of, the documentation.

There will be an opportunity to ask Clifford Chance questions after their presentation.

Registration and refreshments will open at 16.15, with the seminar starting at 17.00. The seminar finishes at 18.00 and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.

This early evening seminar will naturally be dependent on any new restrictions that are imposed regarding events, but we are keen to gauge the level of interest from delegates for this in-person event.

This event is free of charge and for LMA members only.
