We are holding an evening seminar in London on 9 October 2018 on "Proposed changes to the UK Insolvency regime: what will the impact be?". The panel will:

  • Explain the Government's proposals to introduce substantive reforms to the UK corporate insolvency framework and the key proposed changes from the current regime
  • Explore who the winners and losers could be if the reforms are implemented in full
  • Discuss the impact on the UK's competitiveness as a jurisdiction of choice for debtors and their stakeholders

Moderator will be Bevis Metcalfe, Partner at Baker McKenzie.
