LMA & LSTA Loan Markets Conference, 25 March 2026

In collaboration with the LSTA, we are pleased to announce the joint LMA & LSTA Loan Markets Conference, taking place on 25 March in London. The conference will bring together the US and EMEA loan markets for a focused exchange on global trends, regional opportunities, and the challenges shaping the industry.

The programme will feature in-depth discussions led by senior buy-side and sell-side speakers from both regions, covering BSL and private credit market dynamics, the role of fund finance and CLOs, as well as a dedicated focus on credit events and covenants. The agenda will be complemented by engaging keynote speakers addressing topical issues, ensuring a comprehensive exploration of the evolving loan markets.

The event will be held at A&O Shearman, 1 Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD.

Registration will open at 11:30AM along side a networking lunch, and the conference will commence at 12:30PM. The sessions will finish at 5:30PM and will be followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees and speakers.

The link to the virtual platform will be shared to all registered the day before the conference.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to quotas, which vary by event depending on popularity and venue capacity. This is to ensure we give all member organisations the opportunity to be represented at the event.

Associate members: 3 places

In order to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the conference, all press attendees are required to adhere to the following LMA Press Policy:

1. Off the Record: All press coverage during the conference should be considered off the record. No press content should be published without prior written approval from the LMA and any relevant parties featured in the content. 2. Background Interviews: If conducting interviews, all statements should be treated as "background" and cannot be attributed to any specific individual. Any background statements must be reviewed and approved by the LMA members involved before publication.

Please note that any violation of this policy, including unauthorised quoting or general misrepresentation, will result in a review of the relevant press representative's attendance at future LMA events, and depending on the severity of the breach, potential legal consequences.

By attending the conference, each representative shall be deemed to acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

Cancellation Policy:

This is an extremely popular event which attracts a long waiting list. You can cancel your attendance by 5:00PM (UK time) on 20 March 2025, emailing registration.lmaevents@lma.eu.com. Failure to notify us or cancelling after this date, will result in your place being forfeited at the conference next year.
