LIBOR Transition: Are you Ready? - Extended Early Evening Seminar

We held on 2 March an Extended Early Evening Seminar focusing specifically on LIBOR transition.

The seminar provided an opportunity to hear from the Financial Conduct Authority, as well as key lenders, borrowers and lawyers on the transition in what is a critical year for the loan market. This seminar was structured as follows:

• 16:00 to 16:30 – Keynote speech by Edwin Schooling Latter, Director of Markets and Wholesale Policy / Strategy & Competition – FCA

• 16:30 to 17:00 – Presentation by Mark Campbell, Special Counsel – Clifford Chance on the LMA Exposure Draft Facility Agreements and Reference Rate Selection Agreement
• 17:00 to 18:00 – Panel discussion:
