EU Securitisation Review: Key Outcomes from October Trilogue Agreement

On 23 October 2026, we updated members on key outcomes from the October provisional political agreement on the EU securitisation review package. The agreement follows 12 months of LMA advocacy and represents meaningful progress on several LMA priorities. The text remains subject to technical drafting and formal approval, currently expected by the end of 2026 or in Q1 2027. We will continue to monitor the final drafting and subsequent Level 2 measures.
