Restructuring and Insolvency in Europe – 2017 and Beyond

This session will consider whether the UK will continue to remain a popular destination for financial restructurings, in light of Brexit and anticipated reforms in restructuring regimes in the UK and across Europe, as well as providing an overview of the anticipated restructuring and insolvency trends in 2017.

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 17:00 hrs. Welcome refreshments will be provided. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
