We are holding an Early Evening Seminar on 23 October in Johannesburg at ENSafrica.

The seminar is entitled "Parallel Debt in SA Secured Financings" and will cover the following:

• The rationale for classic debt guarantor structure
• What is parallel debt?
• Securing syndicated transactions in the SA market using parallel debt, an analysis

Speaking will be:

Registration and refreshments will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
