We are excited to be returning to Nairobi on Thursday, 13 October to run our East Africa Training Day for LMA Members. The Training Day will consist of the following sessions:

• Key themes in cross-border lending (Part 1)
• A post-Covid world – the challenges of refinancing secured financings
• Intercreditor Agreements in a Cross-Border, Multi-Lender Universe
• Key themes in cross-border lending (Part 2)
• An introduction to the LMA's Africa Debenture
