Brussels Early Evening Seminar

We are delighted to be returning to Brussels on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 to hold our annual LMA Brussels Early Evening Seminar.  This seminar will cover the topic: Judicial reorganisation version 2.0 – for better or for worse.  It will explore considerations on deal structuring, enforcement of security and value preservation.

Speaking will be Helene Volkova, Wim Aerts, Dorothée Vermeiren and Lounia Czupper, all from Clifford Chance.

Registration and refreshments will open at 16.15, with the seminar starting at 17:00. The seminar will finish at 18.00 and will be followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
