APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

The third LMA/APL seminar of 2019 will focus on the topic of “Intercreditor Agreements” and will cover the following:

• Common structures for intercreditor agreements for real estate finance transactions;

• Typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and

• Mezzanine and senior lender requests and concerns.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.

Registration will open at 16:30 hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17.00 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
