APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

The third LMA/APL Quarterly Series seminar of 2018 will focus on the topic of “Intercreditor Agreements” and will cover the following:

• common structures for intercreditor agreements for real estate finance transactions;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• mezzanine and senior lender requests and concerns.

Speakers will be Jeffrey Rubinoff and Victoria Landsbert, both Partners of White & Case.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years' experience in the market.
Registration will start at 17.00hrs, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:30 hrs. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
