Members can also access information on LMA.Automate, which is a secure, cloud-based subscription service that provides users with an end to end platform with a focus on the automation of LMA template documents but with the functionality to cater for the entire document drafting lifecycle.

Participation in LMA working parties

Volunteers from the market have an essential role to play in ensuring that the LMA addresses issues of genuine relevance to the syndicated loan market throughout EMEA. As part of this process, from time to time, we establish both committees and working parties. These are formed to facilitate the production of new recommended forms of documentation, to assist with lobbying activities or to discuss any other pertinent issues impacting the loan market. LMA members are eligible, by invitation, to join any committee and/or working party set up by us and will be contacted directly should such an opportunity arise.

LMA's Education & Events Programme

Prior to the pandemic, in the preceding three years, 25,000 delegates participated in the LMA's events programme, which is a testament to the high standards of education we offer our members.

Over the last 20 months, a key area where we have changed the way we deliver our services has, naturally, been our events and training programme. Since the start of the pandemic, we have produced 57 webinars, 13 video spotlight interviews and 7 podcasts, all of which can be accessed on our video and audio streaming platform “LMA Player”.

From March 2022, we have returned to running an onsite programme of events throughout EMEA, but for our larger events delivering them in a hybrid format ie streaming them live to our members at the same time.

As the industry's official trade body, we are the ideal training provider for what is an increasingly technical market.
