Warsaw Training

This LMA training event, presented by senior members of international law firms and prominent regional banks, will focus primarily on LMA loan documentation.
The agenda will include sessions on
- LMA term sheet and mandate letter documentation
- Update on LMA documents, including review of Bail-in provisions and incorporation of IFRS 16
- Introduction to Polish Law and the LMA document
- Update on the LMA's REF documentation
- Case Study: Borrower friendly mark up
The event is aimed at lawyers and bankers in the syndicated loan markets in Poland and might be of interest to those in the wider CEE region. The training is open to LMA members only, subject to prior registration and receipt of confirmation email, and is free of charge.
