South African Syndicated Loans Training

We are holding a one-day syndicated loans training event at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton on 17 May 2018.

Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.

The training will cover the following:

• Introduction to project finance
• The DFI perspective
• The facility documentation
• Cash controls in project finance transactions
• "The Same but Different": English law vs. South African law transactions

Webinar instructions

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Introduction to syndicated lending", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage).

Registration and breakfast will open at 08:30 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 09:15 hrs. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
