Romania Seminar - Syndicated Lending in Romania

We will be running our first seminar in Bucharest, Romania on 26 October 2017.

This seminar will cover:

• Syndicated lending in Romania, where from, where to?
• Syndicated loan market in Romania
• Brexit - a legal overview
• Agent's role and challenges under Romanian Law
• Alternative legal structures to parallel debt

Registration will open at 09:00hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 09:45hrs. Welcome refreshments will be provided. The seminar finishes at 14:00hrs followed by lunch and networking open to all attendees.
