We are holding a REF Documentation Training day on 23 June 2017.
The day will cover:

- Investment Property Case Study – borrower friendly mark-up
- Introduction to property CPs, security and the due diligence process
- Introduction to valuation in a REF transaction
- LMA REF Facility Agreements – recent changes and development finance
Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry.
