On 29 March, the UK Government formally triggered the process of leaving the EU by invoking Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union.

This seminar will consider:

- The current state of play. A recap of where we are in the process and what is to come

- Implications for loan facility documentation and the LMA's documentary response

- The LMA's lobbying efforts

- Impact of Brexit on the loan markets
