London Early Evening Seminar - The UK Mid-Market: trends, challenges and opportunities

This seminar will discuss issues in the UK mid-market, looking at current trends and how external factors such as regulation, liquidity and macro-economic factors are affecting loan terms, documentation, event opportunities and transaction volumes. It will feature views from those who lend to, advise and execute transactions for mid-market participants.

Speaking will be:

• Matt Osborne, Head of Corporate Banking Origination, UK – HSBC. Matt’s team leads syndicated acquisition financings and refinances across the Bank’s UK corporate client base and also helps originate capital market opportunities.
• Nick Soper, Partner - Deloitte. Nick focuses on advising UK corporates on raising new debt facilities, refinancings and accessing the capital markets.
• Martin Bishop, Partner - Pinsent Masons. Martin heads the Banking team at Pinsent Masons, specialising in acting for lenders in syndicated acquisition financings.

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 17:00 hrs. Welcome refreshments will be provided. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
